Accessibility
By car
KAS offers approximately 500 free parking spaces a ~3-minute walk away. There are multiple parking locations, including Parking Thonet Avenue, Parking Gloriant Avenue and Parking Manege.
There are two charging stations at the entrance to Chestnut Avenue.
By bicycle
‘Velo’ station entrance Kastanjedreef.
From right bank:
- Bicycle and pedestrian traffic via ferry from Steenplein – Left Bank nearby
- Through the Saint Anne tunnel (pedestrian tunnel)
- Through the Kennedy Tunnel (bicycle tunnel)
By Waterbus
The Waterbus is a super fun way to get to KAS quickly.
It leaves at Ponton Steenplein and arrives 10 minutes later at Ponton Palingplaat (jetty Linkeroever -St. Anneke).
You can take advantage of this transportation both publicly (via the regular hourly schedule Waterbus), as well as privately, such as:
- Transportation suite or guests wedding parties or other private parties
- Transport guests corporate events
- Port tours on the Scheldt
