8. Beach Activities

Thanks to its location right on the ‘plage’, KAS offers many opportunities for relaxing or connecting beach activities. Think of a game of petanque between colleagues, family or friends, a beach volleyball tournament in the sand, or launching a giant kite in your company’s colors or logo – even without wind, just as a statement. Ideal as a light-hearted team building or creative event. At KAS, being outdoors becomes an experience.

7. Ball Pool

Why should kids have all the fun? During one of our events, we transformed one of our spaces into a veritable ball pool for adults. Colorful, playful and unexpected – this installation brought a wave of joy and nostalgia to all attendees. A perfect example of how a simple twist can make an event unforgettable.

6. Musical Performances

At KAS, music is more than background noise – it sets the mood. Thanks to the acoustic ceiling and our high-quality sound system, live performances always sound clear and balanced, regardless of the style. Whether you opt for an intimate piano melody in the garden or a solid rock band in the foyer, every musical experience comes into its own. KAS offers the perfect soundstage for every sound, from classical to banging.

5. Car shows

From luxury cars to futuristic concept cars – at KAS, cars get a stage, literally and figuratively. Thanks to our spacious Foyer and Glass Pavilion with “Sliding Glass,” vehicles can be brought effortlessly into the heart of the building. This allows cars to be admired not only outside in the sunlight, but also inside in a stylish and controlled setting. Ideal for launches, previews or exclusive presentations.

4. Graffiti Workshop

Sometimes true team spirit is created not in a conference room, but with a spray can in hand. During a colorful graffiti workshop, colleagues had the chance to create something lasting together, literally on the wall. As part of teambuildings, we regularly get creative activities on the floor – from artistic extravagances to culinary sessions. Anything goes, as long as it connects and inspires. KAS offers both the space and the atmosphere for this.

3. Jungle Theme

For this themed event, guests briefly imagined themselves in the heart of the jungle. Bamboo chairs, tropical trees and custom lighting transformed the space into a green oasis full of mystery and warmth. At KAS, every space becomes a stage – including for fashion. During several fashion shows, our venue acted as a stylish backdrop for both emerging designers and established names. The long, open spaces and flexible set-up make it possible to create a real catwalk, with professional lighting and sound. Whether it’s high fashion, streetwear or a themed presentation: KAS makes your collection shine.
