Versatile rooms for any occasion
KAS offers a series of beautiful spaces in Antwerp, ideal for corporate parties and a wide range of corporate events. Our Foyer Schelde and Foyer Park are excellent for large groups, while the Club L’O, located on the upper floor offers a more intimate ambience with an enchanting view of the Scheldt. The Glass Pavilion equipped with sliding glass and fitted with heating panels, and skylight with glass artwork, create a perfect atmosphere for every season. Our gardens with fashionable lounge furniture, black umbrellas and fire pits in winter provide a comfortable and elegant setting for every season. In addition, the proximity to the beach and the revamped recreation area offers fantastic opportunities for team building and outdoor activities.
Foyer Scheldt & foyer park
Ideal for large-scale corporate parties and corporate events, these elegant banquet halls in Antwerp can accommodate 200 standing or 150 seated guests in Foyer Schelde, and 100 standing or 80 seated guests in Foyer Park. They feature soundproof curtains and an acoustic ceiling, perfect for live music or DJ sets. The fully equipped kitchen facilitates cooking demonstrations and culinary surprises, contributing to an unforgettable experience for your events.
For all your presentations, 250 seats in the Foyer Schelde and 150 seats in the Foyer Park can be placed in theater form including a stage. If required, our technical partner can provide you with all the necessary equipment for a perfect professional course of your event.
Club L'O
This space is a hidden gem on the upper floor of our banquet hall in Antwerp, with capacity for 80 standing or 60 seated guests. The showpiece is the spacious 65m² terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the Scheldt River. This space is both summer and winter ideal for all your special corporate events with possibility for presentations, receptions, live cooking, served walking dinners, etc. The large terrace with standing tables and outdoor kitchen is a beautiful extension to this exceptional space with breathtaking views of the beach and the Scheldt.
There is also a sitting pit, located at the huge glass area, where your guests, sipping an aperitif can enjoy the beautiful water traffic on the Scheldt in peace. The super cozy gas fireplace and braziers on the terrace provide the perfect cozy atmosphere during winter cold days.
Glass Pavilion, Passerelle & Skylight
Together, these multi-purpose rooms can accommodate approximately 300 standing or 150 seated people, ideal for large corporate functions with or without presentation. Equipped with “Sliding Glass,” advanced heating elements and sound boxes, these areas are suitable for events in any season. The Glass Pavilion offers a unique open-air experience, while the Passerelle and the Lichtstraat with illuminated (your choice) glass artwork in the ridge of the glass roof, add an extra dimension to the overall experience of your event in Antwerp
